Our ROSU BYZANTIN is made out of the best quality grapes Feteasca Neagra which is the most valuable native Romanian red grape variety and the two most known French origin grapes variety wines, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Each of the three wines bringing their best contribution to create a specialand unique red wine Rosu Byzantin. The three wines have benefiting of long time maturation in oak barrel before being assembled into this special cuve.
This Rosu Byzantin wine cuve is medium – bodied, very elegant wine – ruby red offering an intense fruity aromas reminiscent of red fruits such as sour cherries, Plums complemented by spicy notes associated with vanilla favour from the oak barrels. We recommend this wine as matching very well with all kind of meat from Oriental style cuisine, quite well spicy.
We suggest the serving temperature at average 16 ⁰C.⁰C.
